What is Mamba Projects?

Mamba Projects allows builders, engineers, town planners, inspectors, landscape designers - any business that undertakes projects - to manage their jobs.

Mamba Projects:

  • records contact information of organisations and individuals
  • records the details of jobs and the associated documents, activities and costs
  • for each project, the you can assign the roles for external consultants - who is the Local Government Authority, the solicitor or inspector for this project?
  • prints and email reports on completion of a task or provide a status report for activities and their sub-tasks
  • reports are fully customisable

Record contact information

Contacts (32K)

A contact may be any kind of organisation (for example, a company, division or department), individual or partnership.

  • Contacts may be associated with another contact so you can organise your your contacts to match the organisation's structure.
  • Contacts can be assigned to categories (for example, Customer, Tennis player or a Network organisation member) and roles (for example, Accountant, Inspector or LGA).

Record job details with activities, documents and costs

Record the details of each job along with the associated documents, activities and costs.

  • Job numbers can be allocated sequentially in your desired format - sequentially within the year, month or day. Some examples are 2009-05-10A, 09028, 200912099.
  • Record the external consultants for the job - who is the Local Government Authority, the solicitor or inspector for this job.
  • Only show the details of the job that is relevant to your organisation.
  • Record notes for the job with formatted text.
  • Save the search criteria for a job and contact for future use.

Record activities and sub-tasks

Record the details for the job's activities and their sub-tasks.

  • Create predefined procedures that allows an activity and all its sub-tasks to be inserted into a job.
  • Send a status report for current activities to a designated recipient.
